MBEcoin provides trading infrastructure but does not provide financial advice. All trading decisions are your own. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile — past performance does not indicate future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBEcoin's liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the trading fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on mbecoin — including logos, platform code, UI design, and written content — is the exclusive property of MBEcoin. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Services

MBEcoin may suspend or restrict access to the platform, specific trading pairs, or individual accounts at any time for regulatory, security, or operational reasons.

Users who violate these terms, engage in market manipulation, or attempt unauthorized access to platform systems will have their accounts terminated without prior notice.

Third-Party Services

MBEcoin integrates with third-party identity verification, payment processing, and analytics providers. These services operate under their own privacy policies. MBEcoin is not responsible for third-party conduct.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. MBEcoin will never ask for your password. Enable 2FA immediately after account creation to protect your funds.

Your Rights

Changes to Terms
